After the Coffee Cherries are picked they are left to dry with most of the Cherry skin left on which imparts extra sugars into the Coffee seed itself, this is a very different method to most beans where the cherry skin and pulp is washed off straight away.
Tasting notes include a Boozy liqueur like cup with a winey yet rounded orange acidity.
Milk chocolate , plum, spice and hazelnuts. Sweet sticky long finish.
